Plan terms & policies

How the 14-day free trial works, and how the three I Launch U CRM plans from I Launch U renew, cancel, refund, get set up and bill usage. These plan terms sit alongside our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Plans and prices

  • CRM + AI Unlimited: $297/mo, or $2,673/yr (25% off).
  • CRM + AI Growth: $197/mo, or $1,891/yr (20% off).
  • I Launch U CRM Basic (No AI): $65/mo, or $624/yr (20% off). 1 sub-account. All core CRM features, no AI.

Free trial

  • All three plans (CRM + AI Unlimited, CRM + AI Growth and I Launch U CRM Basic (No AI)), monthly or yearly, start with a 14-day free trial.
  • You are not charged until day 14. If you cancel before day 14, you pay nothing.
  • If you do not cancel, your plan starts billing automatically on day 14 (see Auto-renewal).

Auto-renewal

  • Your plan starts billing automatically on day 14 of the free trial unless you cancel before then.
  • After that first charge, every plan renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the billing period you chose, until you cancel.

Cancellation

  • During the free trial (all plans): cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
  • Monthly plans (all three plans): after the trial, cancel anytime, no penalty.
  • Yearly plans: billed for the full year on day 14. After the trial there are no refunds, and your discounted yearly rate stands.
  • To cancel, write to us at support@ilaunchyou.com. Cancelling stops future renewals.

Refunds

  • The 14-day free trial is your risk-free period: cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
  • After the trial, plan charges (monthly and yearly) are non-refundable.
  • Setup fees ($497) are non-refundable.

Setup and walkthrough call

  • Yearly AI plans: full setup is included free, done with you over about 3 days (about 2 hours a day, ~6 hours total).
  • Monthly AI plans and I Launch U CRM Basic (No AI): setup is an optional $497 add-on (normally $997).
  • Every plan includes a 1-hour walkthrough call.

Usage billed separately

  • Text messages (SMS), call minutes, phone numbers, Agent Studio and premium workflow actions are billed separately, per use. (Agent Studio is an AI feature and is not part of I Launch U CRM Basic (No AI).)
  • Texts, call minutes and phone numbers are billed at twice the underlying carrier rate. Example rates: about 2¢ per text ($0.02), about 2.8¢ per call minute ($0.028; all call minutes, AI voice minutes too) and $2.30 a month per phone number.
  • CRM + AI Growth overage: $0.05 per extra AI reply over 1,000 a month and $0.15 per extra AI voice minute over 100 a month.

Fair use (CRM + AI Unlimited)

  • "Unlimited" AI bot replies and AI voice minutes on CRM + AI Unlimited are for the normal business use of one account.
  • They may not be resold, shared with other businesses, or used for bulk, spam or automated abuse.
  • If usage looks abnormal for a single business, we may contact you, and we may move you to a more suitable plan.
