Privacy policy

This policy explains how I Launch U LLC ("I Launch U", "we", "us"), 400 N Tampa St, Tampa, FL, USA, collects, uses and protects your information when you use crm.ilaunchyou.com, book a call, or start an I Launch U CRM plan. Our general I Launch U Privacy Policy also applies.

Information we collect

  • Book-a-call form: your full name, mobile phone, email and business type; optionally your business name, the plan you are looking at and your biggest goal.
  • Text-message consent: if you check the SMS box, we record that you agreed, the exact consent wording you saw and the date and time.
  • Visit details: the page you came from, your language and campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or fbclid). These are kept in your browser only for your visit and sent with the form.
  • Checkout: when you start a plan or pay for setup, the checkout page collects your name, email, billing address and card details. Card details go straight to the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your call, your plan, your setup and support.
  • To create your account and send setup and account messages once you sign up.
  • To send marketing and informational text messages, only if you checked the SMS consent box.
  • To understand which campaigns bring in inquiries, and to improve this page.

Text messages (SMS)

  • Checking the SMS box is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We share it only with the service providers that run this service for us: our CRM and messaging platform (stores your contact record and sends messages), Stripe (plan checkout and billing), our payment page provider (setup payments), Vercel (website hosting and security) and Google Fonts (page fonts).
  • We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies and tracking

  • This page does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
  • Your browser keeps the campaign tags from your link in session storage until you close the tab, so we know which link you came from.
  • Stripe and our payment page may use their own cookies on their checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard security logs (such as IP address and browser type) to protect the site.

How long we keep it

  • We keep your information while you are a lead or a customer, and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons.
  • You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Your rights).

Security

  • Forms and checkout are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to your record is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, but we work to protect it.

Your rights

  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, by writing to support@ilaunchyou.com.
  • Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have more rights under local law.

Children

  • This page and our services are for business owners and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

  • If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
