Cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your plan starts billing automatically on day 14 and then renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. Charges after the trial are non-refundable.

Full setup is done with you: our team builds your niche snapshot with you (pipelines, quote templates, built-in e-sign, payments, website pages and AI) over about 3 days, roughly 2 hours a day (~6 hours total). On the AI plans it's free on yearly and an optional $497 add-on on monthly (normally $997). On I Launch U CRM Basic (No AI), full setup is an optional $497 add-on (normally $997). You get a confirmation and your 14-day free trial starts. Then we schedule your setup (if it is included or you added it) and your 1-hour walkthrough call, which comes with every plan. Setup takes about 3 days, roughly 2 hours a day.

CRM + AI Unlimited ($297/mo) includes unlimited AI bot replies and voice minutes under fair use, with no cap. CRM + AI Growth ($197/mo) includes 1,000 AI bot replies a month (covering replies on social media platforms and email) and 100 voice minutes a month (inbound, outbound and web widget combined); after the caps it's $0.15 per extra voice minute and $0.05 per extra reply. I Launch U CRM Basic (No AI) ($65/mo) is the full CRM without AI, for 1 sub-account. All three include the core CRM. Phone numbers, text messages (SMS) and calls are billed by usage on every plan; Agent Studio and premium workflow actions are billed separately on the AI plans.

I Launch U CRM Basic (No AI) has every core CRM feature (contacts, pipelines, quotes, built-in e-sign, payments, website builder) but no AI: no AI bot replies and no AI voice minutes. Texts, calls and phone numbers are billed separately, per use: about 2¢ a text, about 2.8¢ a call minute and $2.30 a month per phone number.

Phone numbers, text messages (SMS) and calls are billed by usage on every plan. Agent Studio and premium workflow actions are billed separately on the AI plans, plus CRM + AI Growth overage if you go past the caps. See the example monthly bills above for light, medium and heavy months.
